Privacy Policy
This site collects only what is needed to answer a wholesale inquiry. We use Google Analytics to see which pages buyers visit; it sets cookies. No advertising, no remarketing, no data sold to anyone.
- What we collect
- The fields you type into the inquiry form: name, contact, company, country, target quantity and message. We also record which page and language you sent it from.
- Automatically recorded
- Your country (from Cloudflare’s edge, not from you) and a one-way hash of your IP address. We do not store the IP address itself.
- Where it is stored
- A Cloudflare D1 database operated by us. Sub-processors: Cloudflare Pages (hosting), Cloudflare Workers (form handling) and Cloudflare Email Routing (notification mail).
- How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and to prepare a quotation. That is the only purpose. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
- Cookies and tracking
- Google Analytics 4 sets cookies to tell new visitors from returning ones and to count visits; Cloudflare Web Analytics runs alongside it and is cookieless. No advertising or remarketing cookies, and no cross-site tracking for ads.
- Analytics processor
- Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) processes page-view and event data on our behalf, under Google’s privacy policy. Inquiry form data never reaches Google.
- Retention
- Inquiry records are kept while the commercial relationship is active. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
- Your rights
- Under GDPR (EU/UK) and LGPD (Brazil) you may request access, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent. Write to us and we action it.
